Dojo Terms & Conditions

Please note all class and dojo fees are non-refundable unless due to extreme circumstances such as illness or bereavement and must be requested with written notice. Beginner’s fees are non-refundable even if you choose not to attend the full three months of classes.

You are responsible for purchasing your own Gi (uniform) by your 2nd week training. You can buy one from SoLA Dojo or purchase and Aikido Gi online - it must be white or off white and cotton material.

All students and visitors must abide by etiquette of the dojo. We will not tolerate harassment, violence, racism, or harm of any kind. Those who cannot abide by etiquette and student policy will be asked to leave the dojo. Refunds will not be given in the case of student policy violations.

You are responsible for your own process. While support will be offered to the best of our ability, instructors are not trained therapists and are not responsible for emotional upset that might arise during training.

New adult students are required to both audit a class and participate in one class for free before signing up for membership.
